Giving birth to a little is one of the most rewarding thing in life its a desire of every mother to be able to take proper care of the little one. But in modern times of nuclear families most of the new moms don't get any guidance from the elder ones, under such circumstances we turn towards internet for the help (other than medical emergencies). When my kid was very young especially first few wees after birth, every day there was something for which I had no solution but my internet research gave me quite an idea about behavioural pattern of young ones. Here I want to share all those experiences which made my life easy as a mom, hope it will help you too.

You can   freshen up dried out baby wipes with simple two ingredient recipe. Generally this happens when baby wipes are old or wipes packet is not properly sealed. I my case i bought these wipes ( so called bestsellers) which were very dry thus practically useless , here is the recipe for soft and wet baby wipes. 1. Baby oil (1 tea spoon) 2. Baby shampoo (1 tea spoon) 3. 1 cup boiled water {I use Both oil and shampoo from Johnson & Johnson's} mix all ingredients well and pour this solution in dried wipes pouch. Rotate it in all possible direction and seal this bag let it sit with seal facing downward for around 10 mins. Your baby wipes are ready for use again as good as new :).  one quick tip - you may want to put wipes pouch in a sealed container as bad sealing is the most common reason for wipes to dry out.

Dos and Don’t about breastfeeding: Up till 4 to 6 months breast milk is the only source of nutrition for the baby. So it is very important to take proper care of new mom’s diet. Here are some do’s and don’t that I have collected from my experience and internet. Please suggest any changes if you feel so…   Dos Semi liquid Diet Diet of breastfeeding (BF) moms should be semi liquid because of which enough amount of milk is produced.   Drink as much fluid as you can. While feeding, keep a glass of water or juice by your side, it makes milk flow easily. S hatavari herb powder   If milk supply is not sufficient shatavari herb powder (Indian herb) should be taken 2-3 times a day by adding a spoonful of this herb in a glass of milk.
