How to make quick and healthy Indian baby food

For 8+ month old baby ragi malt is considered to be rich source of calcium, but generally babies don't like taste of only ragi porridge so here is a modified the recipe adding wheat malt to it. Follow these steps to cook it in 10 minutes time. Ingredients:  1 tb spoon jaggery  2 tb spoon wheat malt/wheat flour 1 tb spoon ragi (nachni) malt 1/4 tb spoon powdered dry-fruit mix  1 cup milk ______________________________________________ Steps: Mix wheat malt,ragi and dry-fruit mix powder together. For making dry-fruit mix, take equal amount of cashew, pistachio, almond and dried dates powder, mix them in grinder and make a fine powder. Powder grain should not be large as it can become difficult for babies to swallow.   2. Mix them in a cup of water such that no lumps are remaining. 3 Boil on low or medium heat with constant stirring till it thickens.   4. Add milk and jaggery to this mixure and boil for 2 min. and put the flame off.  

Highly effective remedies for cough and cold in babies

Usually it found that infants suffers from cough and cold.They feels very much uncomfortable because of cold   and also unable to take sufficient milk and sleep.Because of insufficient sleep infant feels very irritating and obviously   mother do not get rest.Both mother and baby suffers a lot and feels very much restless.
