For 8+ month old baby ragi malt is considered to be rich source of calcium, but generally babies don't like taste of only ragi porridge so here is a modified the recipe adding wheat malt to it. Follow these steps to cook it in 10 minutes time. Ingredients:  1 tb spoon jaggery  2 tb spoon wheat malt/wheat flour 1 tb spoon ragi (nachni) malt 1/4 tb spoon powdered dry-fruit mix  1 cup milk ______________________________________________ Steps: Mix wheat malt,ragi and dry-fruit mix powder together. For making dry-fruit mix, take equal amount of cashew, pistachio, almond and dried dates powder, mix them in grinder and make a fine powder. Powder grain should not be large as it can become difficult for babies to swallow.   2. Mix them in a cup of water such that no lumps are remaining. 3 Boil on low or medium heat with constant stirring till it thickens.   4. Add milk and jaggery to this mixure and boil for 2 min. and put the flame off.
